The WorkfloPlus on-premise offer has been created for businesses that require localised digital workflow solutions.
This could be due to holding sensitive or regulated data within areas such as the healthcare, pharmaceutical or government sectors that sometimes require systems without exposure to the internet for compliance and security reasons.
The programme, which sits alongside Intoware’s SaaS and Privately Hosted solutions, gives companies full control over when and how updates are applied, meaning they can schedule maintenance and updates during non-peak hours, minimising downtime and ensuring stability in their operations.
Keith Tilley, CEO at Intoware, said: “Our enhanced WorkfloPlus On-Premise is perfect for a wide range of companies that want specific control, customisation and security while reaping the many benefits of digital workflows and wider digital transformation.
“It gives companies complete ownership of their own data and removes any dependence on internet connectivity – making it perfect for companies operating in remote areas or environments with unreliable internet connection such as mining, construction or offshore industries where relying on cloud services can be problematic.”
The On-Premise enhancement comes just months after Intoware introduced a new web-based editor for its cloud-hosted product, allowing users to log in online from any browser and create their workflows instantly.
Keith added: “WorkfloPlus is constantly evolving and we work closely with our customers across a wide breadth of sectors to ensure we’re meeting the ever-changing requirements that businesses need in place nowadays.”
