Data Policy
Overview
This page details the data that is stored in WorkfloPlus, as well as the rights belonging to Intoware customers in relation to their data.
Data Stored
WorkfloPlus captures data based on Workflow templates that are created by the customer. Some data is automatically captured, as detailed below, but most data is captured directly as a result of the steps created in Workflows by the customer, using the Workflow Editor.
A small volume of data is also connected with the user’s account, detailed below.
User Account Data
Each user account contains the following data:
- Username (the user’s email address)
- Name (named field populated by the customer)
No other personally identifiable information is captured.
Automatically Captured Data
When a Workflow is executed in a Job, the following data is captured automatically for each step:
- Location (GPS coordinates for each step)
- Timestamp (time the step was started and completed)
No other data is captured except that defined by the customer when creating the Workflow.
Data Related Rights
The following rights are available in relation to data stored by Intoware.

If the GDPR Lead cannot be contacted, the customer should contact Intoware at [email protected].
Right of Access
Customers are able to access their data via the WorkfloPlus Web Client or by using the GraphQL data query endpoint.
Right to Erasure
Customers may request deletion of their data. This will be actioned with thirty (30) days by Intoware.
