Intoware Newsletter – Winter 23

A Welcome from Intoware’s CEO, Keith Tilley

All too soon it seems I am writing the welcome note to Intoware’s last Newsletter of the year – though it seems very fitting as we have now had the first snow of the winter.

It is always a busy period coming to the end of the year as people get ready to rest over the festive break. However, we continue to see an increase in activity and welcome more new customers to the WorkfloPlus family, you are joining an ever expanding group who are finding the real benefits our solution makes to their business

To continue to improve our communication to you and a wider audience, we recently launched our own podcast hosted by Brad (our CRO) and I was fortunate to be part of the initial discussion. The next episode saw Brad joined by Derrick Sawyer, from our partner Realwear, sharing his knowledge on how wearable technology can help a company’s digital transformation.

Podcasts can be a treasure trove of knowledge, entertainment, and connection, offering a unique and convenient way to consume content on the go. Our aim is to provide useful knowledge and to share key tips from the experiences gained by our customers and partners. We hope they will provide a personal and authentic experience to create a connection between ourselves and you, the audience, thus fostering a community around similar interests. We want to offer accessible and engaging opportunities to learn from experts within our sphere and beyond.

So, whether you’re looking to learn something new or simply feel a sense of connection, we hope the series of podcasts will help – and if you have a topic you would like us to look at or be involved in yourself, then please contact us.

So what’s in this newsletter?

  • An article about how digital workflows can help to attain sustainability
  • The Digital Transformation Bytes Podcast
  • Employee spotlight is on Elenor our Marketing Manager
  • Our CTO Lee on the importance of digital security
  • What to expect from WorkfloPlus in 2024 and beyond

And of course much more!

Finally, I am reminded, at this time of the year, of an article that came out a number of years ago – I can’t recall exactly when or who instigated but the premise was a publication asking country ambassadors what they were hoping for Christmas.

“We asked leading ambassadors what they wanted for Christmas.

The Russian ambassador said he wanted an improvement in Cold War detente

The Egyptian ambassador said he wanted peace in the Middle East

And the British Ambassador said he wanted a small box of crystallised fruit.”

It would be easy to change some of the more serious thoughts in line with hope that things improve in both Ukraine and the Middle East but still imagine a British Ambassador somewhere still asking for the small box of crystallised fruit.

We look forward to giving you more updates during 2024 and let us be one of many who wish you a restful time with family and friends over the festive period and hope for the New Year to be happy, peaceful and productive for all.

As always, we welcome any feedback on the Newsletter, or Intoware in general, so please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or give us a call on 0115 9778969 to hear a friendly voice.
