The new year is here and, as we outlined in our recent blog exploring what the future holds for WorkfloPlus, we’ve got a busy 12 months ahead.
However, we’re big believers in the importance of taking the time to pause and reflect on the success we’ve achieved to date.
Forging and building on partnerships
2024 saw us forge new partnerships with exciting organisations around the globe, as well as build on existing working relationships we have with industry leaders worldwide.
This included joining forces with Autotech at the start of 2024. Based in Milton Keynes, the automotive training company signed a partnership agreement with us to use WorkfloPlus to train new recruits in the automotive industry.
We also renewed our partnership with sustainable office furniture supplier Ahrend in 2024, who use WorkfloPlus to take photographs of deliveries and furniture installations, logging any issues noted by the customer.
And, we’ve been proud to continue our partnership with one of the UK’s leading centres for aviation research – Cranfield University’s Digital Aviation Research and Technology Centre (DARTeC), who use our programme to automate workflows and process in both aircraft and airfield operations.
Another highlight during the year was securing TPM Solutions as a partner for WorkfloPlus in Singapore, allowing us to expand further into the Asia-Pacific region and underscoring our commitment to delivering digital transformation services to a global audience, reaching more customers and industries than ever before.
A review of our expertise
Throughout 2024, we’ve continued to share our industry expertise and lead debate and discussion around key topics impacting the sectors we work in.
This has included the publication of a number of eBooks, covering subjects such as the Connected Workforce, Health and Safety, and Training and Upskilling.
You can download these from our website from the links above, to provide detailed insights into each area. They also explain the ways WorkfloPlus can support them and their teams.
Alongside these publications, we also continued to record and share industry insights from a diverse array of leading figures through our Digital Transformation Bytes podcast, welcoming guests such as Dr Ip-Shin Fan – Senior Lecturer of Enterprise Systems at Cranfield University’s Digital Aviation Research and Technology Centre (DARTeC); Jason Stone – Founder of Safer View XR; and Laurence Abbott – Managing Director of Autotech Connect, on air.
Product enhancements review
The last 12 months have seen a number of new and exciting enhancements to WorkfloPlus, including the introduction of a new web-based editor.
The editor feature upgrade means users can log in online from any browser and create their workflows instantly. The enhancement boosts WorkfloPlus’s versatility, offering users the flexibility to design, manage, and deploy digital workflows from anywhere, at any time, making the process quicker and more convenient than ever before.
Alongside this, we also unveiled an enhanced on-premise version solution for WorkfloPlus, enabling companies to put digital workflow solutions in place within their own infrastructure.
We created the on-premise offer for businesses that require localised digital workflow solutions. This could be due to holding sensitive or regulated data within areas such as the healthcare, pharmaceutical or government sectors that sometimes require systems without exposure to the internet for compliance and security reasons.
The solution, which sits alongside Intoware’s SaaS and Privatley Hosted options, offers you with full control over when and how updates are applied. This means that they can schedule maintenance and updates during non-peak hours, minimising downtime and ensuring stability in their operations.
With these improvements, WorkfloPlus is set to further empower organisations to boost productivity, ensure compliance, and drive operational efficiency.
Showcasing WorkfloPlus
Industry exhibitions provide us with a great platform to demonstrate WorkfloPlus and its capabilities to a wider audience, in person.
One of the most notable events we attended during 2024 was Advanced Engineering. The exhibition attracted more than 9,000 industry professionals over two days at Birmingham’s NEC, with 150+ speakers delivering talks on how businesses can stay compliant and competitive in an eco-conscious market.
We’re looking forward to getting out and about even more in 2025, meeting new and potential customers. And, can’t wait to showcase the role WorkfloPlus can play in the success of organisations’ digital transformation journeys across the globe.
